A Life of Quiet Service: Honoring Kathy

Kathy, a devoted CNA in Jesup, Georgia, spent 40 years faithfully caring for others. Her life was marked by quiet compassion and a steady commitment to the residents and families she served across South Georgia.

On January 28, 2026, she was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer that had already spread throughout her body. After a lifetime of caring for others, she entered hospice, facing her final days with courage and grace while no longer able to care for her daughter.

Less than a week after Two or More Foundation committed to standing beside her, Kathy passed peacefully.

Through the generosity of this community, $5,000 was provided to help cover her funeral expenses, offering support in her final chapter and to those she left behind.

Her life stands as a reflection of what it means to serve others with consistency and heart. The same care she gave so freely was returned to her when it mattered most.

Please continue to keep her daughter, family, and loved ones in your prayers.

“Well done, good and faithful servant.”
