Gertrude Hancock, a devoted CNA in Hudson, Florida, has spent nearly 27 years caring for others in nursing homes. Known for her compassion and steady commitment, she has long been a reliable presence for both patients and staff.

Her family recently entered a difficult season. Her husband was hospitalized, and soon after, Gertrude began preparing for major abdominal surgery due to cancer-related complications. With an expected recovery time of several weeks, she is temporarily away from work, adding financial strain during an already challenging time.
